Bottle design
The products are amazing. I don't use them as directed (mainly use it at night, not the morning and I never travel with them, so I end up taking breaks) and I still get incredible results. However, having said that, I do have 1 complaint. The gel Quench seems to gunk up within the bottle (not on the spout) before the bottle is empty. This means you have to push REALLY REALLY hard to clear a chunk out of the spout before it starts working again. This has happened on multiple bottles of the Quench product, so I know it wasn't a fluke. I also see people complain that there isn't much in the bottle but I'm betting it's just jammed and not yet empty. Not sure why this happens but it is consistent so just know that's something you have to do. Totally worth it!

Simplicity + effectiveness
I love this product. Much simpler to use and gives me the results I want. My previous routine had too many steps which was onerous. This is simpler and works great.

From the first time …
The first thing I used was the cleanser of course and I could tell it was different right from the start. It wasn’t just foam and moisturizing, but really felt like it cleansed my skin, even my hands felt nice. The serum, it tingled and after moisturizing, my skin already glowed. It’s only been three weeks and my face feels and looks younger already. Some reviews mentioned that the moisturizer wasn’t moisturizing enough … if anyone has dry skin it’s me but it actually did the job. If I feel I need a little bit extra, I dab on a touch of Enrich which I received with my first order.
I was skeptical about spending so much, but I’m going to stick with it. I’m 67 years old and it’s never too late to try something new. Thank you Dr Karam and also for all the info you put out.
