Efficient postage and beautifully packaged but it didn't do much to help with my sleep.

This is amazing. I use it at night to help with restless legs and I sleep all night. If I forget to use it, I suffer. Today I used the spray on my sore arm and it feels so much better. Love this stuff! Wish i found it sooner.
