This product is amazing!! I used to take melatonin but it made me sleepy the next day. This salt spray works so well, and immediate for getting to sleep. And the bonus is I feel amazing the next day also. I highly recommend it. The customer service is also fantastic. Needless to say I recommend using this to anyone with sleep troubles or in need told a decent rest.
