Once I recieved the replacement, the product is great. However, the exprience of getting a replacement was a little bit of a hassel. I recieved my original order scratched and damaged. I was told that a replacement would be in the works. I also requested expeditied shipping for the inconvience seeing as this was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift that was now going to be late, and my request was neither confirmed or denied. Unfortunately, I will never be shopping with Maccorner again due to this exprience.
