Australian wagyu pichana
Always have purchased the australian wagyu pichana, perfect balance of being rich, not excessive. Still has that perfect tender bite that melts in your mouth.

The quality of the Wagyu is solid, but the product name is inaccurate. In common culinary and retail usage, “sliced picanha” means thinly cut meat. What I received was a single steak-thick portion (~¾–1”), which is not what most experienced buyers would reasonably expect from that description.
While the meat itself cooked well once treated as a steak, the labeling creates a mismatch between expectation and reality. When I raised this concern, it was dismissed as a matter of “interpretation” rather than acknowledged as a labeling issue. Precision matters at this price point, and the listing should be corrected to reflect the actual cut and thickness.

I’ve purchased from you before and was not disappointed. These particular cuts of meat I gifted to my mom.
