Nero Stealth Mk3 Bicycle

It has only been about a week, but I am loving the bike so far! It rides great and is smooth, quiet, and comfy. The only minor issue I have had at this point is that with the free tyre upgrade (thanks!) and the length of chain supplied, the rear wheel spacing is a bit tight, so I am getting a little bit of tyre rub on the brake calipers. This can easily be remedied with a slightly-longer chain, allowing more setback on the rear wheel, I think.

Awful customer service experience , finally Bike now arrived and put together looks fantastic

Bike now put together looks fantastic. However how would I rate the purchase? Terrible communication had to chase for updates a 2-3 day shipment was over a month. Failed delivery poor follow up and then the qr code with assembly instructions did not work either
