Imperial Courier Single-Speed Bicycle

This bike has honestly been better than I expected. From the first ride, it felt incredibly comfortable and well put together. It’s smooth and easy to handle, but when you need to pick up the pace, it’s surprisingly quick and responsive. One thing that really stands out is how stable and secure it feels. Whether I’m taking corners or weaving through busy traffic on my commute, it always feels planted and confidence-inspiring. It strikes the perfect balance between comfort, speed, and control, making it the perfect commuter bike. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. It’s rare to find such great support these days, and it really added to the whole experience. I absolutely love this bike and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommended

Mixed emotions

Hi, I was really excited once I‘ve discovered the bike and ordered it. The delivery was quick but unfortunately it was the wrong bike. Jess from customer service did a great job. The response was very fast and the change was organized. The weing bike was picked up and the right bike came one day later. While putting the nut on the front axle it was overtighten with very very very little effort. Again Jess from customer service replied very fast and sent a new set of nuts to me. Hopefully then everything will be fine and I can enjoy my new bike finally after a bumpy start.
