I’m an Audax rider, average 16k/yr and have several bikes. Road, Gravel & MTB.. So N+1 with Quella. Website good, question on colour/shade, solved by Jess. Got a few extras and all delivered quickly. Boxed & protected very well, opened in perfect condition and colour exceptional in sun. Practising on single speed was welcomed, only done four 50-60k rides and noticed every incline! Obviously picked a great bike by all the compliments. I’m truly impressed with quality and fair price of my first fixie.

Cambridge fixie

It’s a lovely bike. My only complaint is that as a designer (so yes I’m picky) the colours are off. The promotional images are pushed towards the yellow. The bike is considerably more pale blue than the green blue of the online images and the wheels are considerably more pale and white shifted than the promotional images suggest. I was hoping for that nice buttery wood hue of the online bikes. Don’t get me wrong it’s a beautiful bike but in retrospect I would have ordered the Oxford. Additionally the front wheel arrived with a chunk taken out of the paint work. I’m sure I sound petty and picky and uptight but when you pay $1500 to land a bike in Australia you have reasonably high hopes.
