Excellent Shoes and Customer Experience
The shoes, my third pair from TLB, are excellent in terms of style and quality at this price point. But TLB’s customer service is also great. They processed a change in the colour which I requested after ordering and contacted me to confirm whether I wanted to change the same colour of a belt that I bought at the same time. Total time from order to delivery was about 15 days, which is I think is fair for a custom options on the product and international shipment.

Exactly what I wanted; slightly too tight; fixed overnight with a shoe stretcher.
I was wary of buying a custom made shoe on line but the pictures showed exactly the color and shape I wanted. When I received them I could put them on and walked a few miles but they still felt tight. I figured that with enough wear that would change, but I bought a shoe stretcher and applied it overnight. Now they fit perfectly and look very stylish.
