Great customer service. High quality shoes
Once I put my order in, they reached out to me to confirm the size and made some recommendations on the size and width. They were absolutely right. And the shoes fit perfect. I've only worn them a handful of times, but the quality seems very high and the make and finish look excellent.

One star for sizing and five stars for beauty and quality.
The shoes are beautiful and quality of manufacture is great. Getting the correct size shoe for me was difficult. I ordered size 8.5 D US and provided my foot measurements according to your sizing guide. The shoes I received were "way too tight". Your customer service representative asked me to send a photo of the shoes while I was wearing them, which I did. This person replied they could tell, by looking at the photo, that the shoes were a “perfect fit”. I do not believe that anyone can tell by looking at a photo if the shoes fit. Supposedly, these shoes were the same as 8.5 D US but they did not fit me. I even used a Brannock device, which has been used in the USA for many years, and confirmed my size as 8.5 D US. I returned the shoes and got full credit - Thank You!!
I would order a new pair of shoes today if I thought I could get a pair that fit. Perhaps someday, an international system could be developed whereby a person could be reasonably sure they would get the correct fit.
