Beautiful shoes. Service can improve

The shoes are beautiful and comfortable. Period. I think the service has room for improvement. I ordered my pairs on 29/06/24. I got them shipped on the 09/07 and received them on 12/07. They were too big for me, so I needed to change them. That’s all right however, the asking for a return label thing takes just too long. You find yourself coming in contact with the customer service multiple times, when it’d be rather easier to place a return label on the package to be eventually used or not. One month after the order I finally got my pairs and they fit perfectly. I recommend the product just think the online service should improve.

Excellent and Versatile

These are fantastic penny loafers that I purchased for this summer season. In terms of construction, they are excellent. I have other pairs of TLB Mallorca and they all look and feel like high quality shoes. The museum brown has more dark brown as the primary color with subtle lighter to mid browns around the shoe. For me that is perfect as I wear mainly tans, creams and mid to light gray pants in the hot seasons. The brown tone contrast very well with those pants and anchors the outfit in a way that looks balanced. I sized down half from my normal UK sizing (I wear 7 UK in an Artista Picasso oxford and in the Alan last for a monkstrap) for the Jones last and they fit incredibly well on my feet. Toni and his staff are always great to communicate with and are always genuinely trying their best to help. Thank you all for a fantastic pair of shoes.
