On a whim, I ordered the dehydrated starter since my starter was acting pretty weak. This starter became very active quickly! If you need a new, strong starter order here, you will be amazed!

I only received 1 packet of starter. Sent an email.

This order had two starter packets to be delivered. I only received one. I sent an email. No response has been received. This was resolved. They sent me an additional packet. They also called me. Great customer service.
