Good quality, not meant for short people

The chair is good quality and durable, but it’s not a good choice for shorter people. I’m 5’1, petite. I can’t touch the foot rest if I’m sitting all the way back, which leaves my feet dangling, causing pain in my legs and hip. If I scoot forward to rest my feet, overtime I end up slouched forward since I have no back support.
