This Jobri kneeling chair is excellent. I used a previous model for over 15 years and saved my back a lot of pain vs. using basic office chair. This new model gives you the same kneeling posture and also some upgrades over the previous version: - wider base for stability, - a spring in the hydraulic piston so there is a little give when you sit down - seems like a bit larger seat area. - the metal frame is revised The extra cushion in the "plus" version is very supportive and also allows the user to sit at different angles with the foam providing consistent support as you move around. Definitely worth the extra cost. The only minor negative was poor packing for the base from the manufacturer. The base was loose in the box with no packing material to hold it, thus bad luck in my case that one of the five extensions poked a hole in the box. No damage, so OK. Cushions were packed well and all hardware present. Assembly OK, just take a good look at picture. My previous Jobri kneeling chair saved my back for years, and I expect the same from my new version.
