FODZYME® 60-dose Home Kit

Bought the product after slight hesitation as my reaction to onion is quite severe. I emailed the company for their reccommendation and to talk through my reactions to onion (and a few other foods). Very knowledgable staff returned my email promptly and explained that it should work for onion but not for my other intolerances. However i may need to increase dosage. With soup where a whole onion is used in about 3-4L of soup it worked great at just the. 1/4 teaspoon amount. I then went out for Thai food about a week later, and only used 1/4 teaspoon. I didn’t feel sick or bloated, but still experienced diarrhoea about 2-3hours post meal. The ratio of onion in that meal in hindsight was more than what was in the soup. However i still was avoiding eating the onion pieves as much as possible. So my own fault for not increasing the dosage amount. I am still very glad i have this product and will continue to learn how much i need to use per meal choice.

It makes eating home delivery a breeze. I love it.

Such an amazing product. Makes travelling so much easier - still need to be mindful with FODMAP stacking and figuring out quantities, but it has made such a difft
