Stunning Design, Zero Durability — A Collar That Failed When It Mattered Most

I purchased this collar (flamingo/sage) on March 5th, and while it is undeniably beautiful, its performance was deeply disappointing. During a routine walk, the collar broke off my 5‑month‑old, 30‑lb Wirehaired Pointing Griffon on a busy street. She does not pull, and this was not a high‑stress situation — which made the failure even more alarming. We’ve purchased three of these collars in the past few months because we truly loved the look. We thought we had found our go‑to collar company. Unfortunately, after this experience, we no longer feel confident using them. Our dog is family, and her safety is non‑negotiable. A collar must be more than beautiful — it must be dependable. I’m incredibly disappointed.

Super cute collar

We got this collar in the light blue color and are so happy with ti! The customer service was so great in helping us find the exact collar/leash combo we were looking for. I love the O ring as a place to put her name tag so it lays flat on her chest and does not get the way in attaching the leash! Very happy with out purchase!
