Green Transporter Cheeta Ninja All-Terrain Mobility Scooter

Didn't receive all parts

I was sent an email on 5/12/26 stating that all items were shipped, other than any free items might be shipped separately. I was not informed that the dual seat I paid extra for was not shipped. After calling about it, they stated it would be shipped the end of June! I now called on 6/25/26 and I was told it will be shipped to me around 7/17! This is two months of waiting time! Unacceptable!

I’m getting used to it’s power, it requires more concentration, and functions well on my 2 acres of hilly uneven terrain. It is superior to the conventional scooter that I used for over 5 years. Very satisfied with the Cheetah Ninja and its potential for my needs! Many Thanks!
