I LOVE my Comfygo 3000 mobility scooter. I use it all the time. When I moved recently, my scooter’s charger went missing. I immediately contacted the company and told them I needed a new charger. They quickly sent me a link to procure a new charger. I was pleased to see they have replacement chargers and other helpful items for the Comfygo mobility scooters on their website. It was easy to order parts, and the website was easy to navigate. Our scooters are required in and out of our school building, as it is hard to navigate. Our campus resides on 75 acres. We use 4 scooters to get around. So it is important to get from point A to point B quickly to address service issues. We need to keep them in top working order.
