Berberine (Liposomal)

Seem like a superior quality berberine haven't noticed any major differences yet but only been taking a week so time will tell.

No more sugar rush!

It’s coming to the end of my first bottle and so far noticed that its stopped the crash or the carb crash I usually get after lunch. The dose is lower than most brands but I think that’s because these are ‘lipo’ so possibly meaning more of it is more bioavailabile than non lipo versions. I haven’t noticed a huge difference with reduced craving which most people claim to have with Berberine, but its only been my first bottle. Will see what happens after the next bottle.
