This book has changed my life. Taking the core principles, Freedom, Ease and Connection and UPGRADE has been a game changer for me. As someone who grew up with a father who made all of his decisions based on facts, I realized I was not living my life, but his. I got the degree, house, 2 kids and stress ridden career. Looked good, but I was miserable. I found what I was looking for within the pages of “The Very Cool Life Code.” It’s an easy read, but the simplicity underscores how powerful taking action can be. I used the “routines = results” and “live as if” to complete a full Ironman at 62. I’m continuing to implement the UPGRADE keys to improve my mental and physical health. I have shared this book with many friends, family and those I care about and buy it in quantity as needed. I recently had my one and only tattoo done on my foot. A seven sided diagram (UPGRADE) and an arrow with the orange VCL is front and center, reminding me I can do great things when I use and apply these principles!
