Leaky Lid

I had a trusty Uppercup for 3 years until it broke.... so I ordered 3 new uppercups. First time i used it, my coffee started to leak from the lid. My coffee gets caught on the rim and in between the double walls. Now I have a leaky cup with coffee stuck around the top rim and nothing I can do to wash it off. Not happy with the quality. Not happy with the purchase.
