This chair is excellent! Bought it refurbished and there were a few minor imperfections but customer service took care of me. Shipping could have been better; the box had a gaping hole in it but the chair was intact. I would definitely buy another for my home but I will upgrade to the memory foam seat. This chair is awesome and customer service is great!

Beautiful chair and having the massage and heat active really helps low back pain. The white leather is very modern and stylish.
