Very good fiber

I do wish it were easier to mix although the mixer cup is great, it just gets clumpy if I don't have enough water or mix well enough so of course is my fault but that's my only issue with it. Taste is good and overall a very good product.

Magic Potion

Prior to starting this fiber support on a GLP-1 my journey was a bit bumpy. This has really helped me regulate going to the bathroom and supported my gut microbiome. If you are in the fence try it ! It tastes great and is my go to first thing in the morning with electrolytes.

Fills you up and tastes great!

I mix this with greek yogurt for a high protein post dinner snack. It gets very thick, almost like a thick cheesecake consistency. It tastes great and definitely makes feel full and stay full for awhile. I take an excellent probiotic recommend by my doctor so I cannot comment on if this does anything in regards to that. I'm also a vegetarian so I get a lot of fiber from diet. I won't purchase again as I don't need the extra fiber or probiotics in my diet but if you do and have a sweet tooth, I definitely recommend it!
