SoWell Protien

I use the packets to make a smoothie every morning. I mix it up with a little fruit, milk, and sometimes chia seeds. They don't have that heavy protein taste or chalky residue in your mouth after drinking them.

Great taste dissolves easily.

I've used many protein powders over the years. This one dissolves well no grit. I usually make it wirh 4 oz of coconut water, 1/2 c of frozen berries, and ice cubes in the blender. Its my afternoon treat- eat with a spoon. Its easy to take on trips as well. Single packets vs a big tub of protein powder to travel with is a great convenience. I do wish it came in container as an option to cut down on package waste when home.
