We have tried a few different brands and nothing compares to this one. You can tell it is just a higher quality product.

I’ve been using this for approx 4 months. I did switch to a different brand when it was time for a refil, but quickly switched back as the other brand was not as effective.

Berberine daily

I have been using this daily for about 2 months. I take it morning meal and afternoon before dinner. I don't notice any big sugar swings after eating those meals and I do. I believe it helps control hunger.
