Button Front Wool Vest

This vest has a good look and fits well. It would be perfect if they could replace the nylon that contains with a non-plastic, but I’m not sure how possible that is.

Purchased 14 da ago, just arrived in mail yesterday -- a bit slow, but OK. Too short in the back, why so much shorter than the front? Your unlined 2- and 4-pocket vests run one size smaller in chest than your wool shirts. I rate this vest as 42, not 44, and same for my size Lg V-77 which I sold years ago as too small. My XL V-115 rates 44, not 46. I have 6 of your wool shirts for comparison: Med 42, Lg 44, XL 46, reg. and tall, button and pullover. I think your shirt size designations are good and you should stick with them. You might want to consider how to explain this difference in your vest descriptions. This does not apply to your coat-sized lined vests with the oversize arm holes, double lower pockets, and generous girth. They seem to be consistent with the shirts.
