Good cut for gripping and work. Generous sizing without being flappy. Wool liner weight just right and not pilling. I wear these to down to zero before shifting to down mitts.

Very happy and glad you were able to send mittens unlined, now I see that is a website listed option, great.
Used them hiking and XC skiing and knocking around about 30 hours in first month. I also warmed them and coated them on the outside with some old "Snow Seal."
Thinking a pair of mittens with the long cuff might be next.
