My weather station stopped supplying temperature and humidity data just before Xmas. Weather Spares replied on Xmas Eve to my enquiry, and confirmed the correct part and i had it by the 27th. very impressed Easy job to install and now it is working again!

Contacted as I was not getting feed from the outside temperature/humidity sensor. Ordered the part as advised and received promptly. Instructions very clear and completed the fitting in 5 minutes.

I contacted weatherspares on a Saturday morning thinking I would wait for a response on Monday. But got a very helpful response almost immediately. And as a result I received the new sensor on the next day, a Sunday at that! I needed to change the baseplate (supplied) which was fiddly but not difficult as the new sensor was too loose in the original. Overall a simple job that maintains the weather station All works fine now. From what I saw on Amazon you do not get the baseplate so I strongly recommend going to Weatherspares. The added advantage was a bonus,I received effective advice as well.
