Ratio Four Series 2 Coffee Maker

Over all the Ratio Four makes a good cup of coffee. I find the start button too sensitive and have started the brewing several times by mistake. The less don’t accurately represent the brewing process. It starts with Bloom led pulsating until all the water is dispensed into the coffee grinds and only then does the Brew led light. Then the ready led lights which is before the coffee is fully dispensed. In other words you no idea how long it will be before you can pull the cup or glass decanter out without having a mess on your hand with coffee dripping or pouring onto the base. The lights serve no purpose as far as I can tell. You just have to wait until all the coffee is dispensed which takes a few minutes after the coffee maker finishes it cycle and shuts off. It is a very simple machine that seems overpriced to me, but it does make one or two cups of good coffee. Three and 1/2 stars more accurately describe my rating.
