My Gold Dust is with me this week on the beach in Calpe, Spain! I tried a double pack order initially, using my PT’s code and upon a lengthy series of discussions with him regarding the product’s benefits. One serving first thing in the morning before the start of my day, mixed with a scoop of whey protein, chia seeds and unsweetened almond milk is the perfect start with clarity and energy! My previous habit of three cups of coffee every morning just to focus is defo a thing of the past! Now, I can enjoy one lovely cup from fresh ground coffee beans for the sheer pleasure of it! I’ve decided to do some financial budgeting and am trialling a subscription… it’s definitely a financial commitment but I’m willing to give it a go!
