I prefer Jookjangyeon
I made tteokbokki for dinner using Kisoondo Gochujang. It’s better than the mass produced gochujang from Hmart. It doesn’t have an artificial taste. However, I prefer to make my tteokbokki with Jookjangyeon gochujang. It has bold umami flavor that was missing from Kisoondo gochujang. If you prefer premium gochujang that is less fermented, Kisoondo is for you!
