The brass nib has always been my first choice ever since I learned about Kakimori nibs. As a pen newbie, the last two years I have swatched almost over 400 ink colors …yes my collection expanded too quickly as I met more friends who love ink also. From using different tools from plastic items, glass dip pens to calligraphy nibs and just fountain pens the Kakimori nib is a true game changer! Not only is creating a swatch on paper more effortless swatching is a more cleaner process and more efficient. Very easy to use and extremely fast to clean! Very little maintenance.

A great nib!

I'm very pleased with the Kakimori Brass Nib - it really is as good as the rave reviews say it is! It makes using a dip pen much easier and more versatile than the others that I have (Pilot Iro-Utsushi & Sailor Hocoro, both of which are great in their own ways to be sure). Ordering from Paper Mind was also a great process and Blake runs a great shop! Highly recommended!
