Organic Espresso Supremo

Excellent Coffee

I've been consuming 2 cups of cappuccino in the morning for the past twenty-five years. My favorite is Sumatra Mandheling, because of its low acidity. This coffee ranks near the top. It has intense flavor and produces rich crema. The beans were roasted beyond second crack, but not as dark as many others.

Great Espresso Roast and a Great Price!!!

This is a great Organic Espresso with incredible flavor and Crema that is just right. It also has this awesome goldish brown color that is appealing to the eye. I use a Rancilio "Miss Silvia" (v3) machine and a Rancilio "Rocky" burr grinder. These machines are a little temperamental, and it takes a little patience with grind settings, tamp and coffee quantity to be sure you don't over or under extract. However, I can tell you that once it's right, these 3 (Java D'Oro beans, Miss Silvia and Rocky) make a wonderful morning brew!!

Realizing that everyone has different taste, I highly recommend this coffee. We love it and is definitely worth a try!
