Smooth. Not bitter at all. I like Smokey too but it’s too bitter (Sorry Smokey 😼) for a dark roast. Will be buying again to help feed the kittehs.

This very good but also it has a bitter taste to it. I shake salt on it before I brew it and that helps. Nothing can compare with the regular Kona but can't afford it.
