Purchased the ankle pack recommended by a friend. I like that it does not get completely solid in the freezer and that it encased my entire ankle and top of foot. My husband uses it, too, since it is more pliable than our bag of peas.

Great way to ice your feet. Easy and convenient, and with the elastic band you can wrap it around the sole of your foot for a snugger, icier fit! Highly recommend.
