30 dollars worth of small lightweight parts cost $20 for shipping. After delivery I was hit by a $6.75 tariff from UPS. This should have been disclosed before I bought the items. The shipping was too much and the lack of information about the tariffs makes me feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. I doubt I’ll be doing business with you again.

I am getting bills from UPS customs fees after paying exorbitant freight in the first place. Thought I was dealing with a US company. The freight and feesd are more than the product. Unacceptable.
