Too small, limited organization
This is a beautiful bag and I love the look of it. I have been trying to make this work now for a month and sadly it is just not making the grade. It is way too small to carry much as everything has to go inside including a water bottle. there are not enough pockets for tech hears like chargers, headsets, etc. and the exterior pockets are not useable if the bag is full. I'm 5"9 and size 18 - the straps are just barely long enough - it the winter with a heavy coat they will be too short. I do love the shoulder strap though. I think this bag would be great for a smaller person who only needs to carry a small laptop and not much else. I have to carry everything needed for a day so definitely not large enough. Also like most Cuyana bags there is no luggage strap so it's not useable for travel. This back pack needs: exterior water bottle holders, exterior organization pockets, more internal organization (why didn't they add the system snap organizers), longer back-pack straps and a luggage strap.

Backpack
I took this bag for the first time to Boston. It was perfect. For all my things. The best part is the hook inside to keep the bag closed. Brilliant detail.
