My bag came very quickly and was packed beautifully. The bag is great But I give it 4 instead of 5 stars as I feel the straps are way too long and the adjustment should be better for a smaller person. I had to have more holes put on and will need to have the excess shortened off by a professional. I also feel the flap closure should be different as after you pull the inside cord it is not easy to snap close. I kept the bag in spite of the issues as it is beautiful!

Perfect! You were very helpful and came back with your replies to my questions quickly. The backpack is made of excellent and soft leather and the artisan work is very well done. My daughter loves it.
