WHY THIS COFFEE?
We—and you—loved EXP009 (Passionfruit) so much that we had to try different versions of it. We had the banana co-ferment and fell in love again. It's a little different: honey, not washed, and with wine yeast. It's like biting into fresh baked banana bread.

It actually tastes like banana bread! The flavor is rich and layered. When you open the bag and take a whiff you get this cozy, warm, bakery-like aroma with hints of toasted sweetness. The beans arrived right on time (actually a bit earlier than expected) which was a nice surprise. The whole experience felt thougtful and human and like it came from people to genuinely care about what they're sending out!
