Waiting to try the coffee - I’ll update when I do in 2-3 weeks.
The shipping was really fast, got here 3 days after roast date!
Comes with lots of information on the beans and recommended time before your first cup. That’s more then most coffees I get come with.

Update: 3-4 weeks in this bean really opens up. The watermelon taste is more pronounced and it gets really really sweet. Damn its good. Definitely pick some of this up if you enjoy this type of process.

I love the subscription. Getting to decide each month makes it stand-out versus other subscriptions. Every month I add a few extra bags of other beans on offer. It’s been my go to roaster for a good time now, I highly recommend it!
