I love the combination of ingredients in the Enhanced Nootropics from Artah. This is a great all in one supplement, that covers your B vitamins (including the methylated forms of B12 and folate), and adds in the benefits of a healthy dose of top quality Ashwaganda (KSM66) and 5-HTP. Oh, and a little magnesium to top it all off. I have been taking it for only one month, so I will want to continue for a few more months to really feel the benefits, but as a MTHFR post menopausal woman, I appreciate the quality and the combination of ingredients. I do feel it adds positively to my wellbeing, mood, and sleep.
