You can taste the quality in this cacao. I prepare mine with a teaspoon of coconut sugar and milk and it’s a right little treat.

Nice drink as it’s not sweet, you can taste the cinnamon, I make with half water and half milk but you have to really mix this well, even then the mixture seems to settle in the bottom of the cup at the end so keep stirring. I started having in the morning as it was relaxing and seemed to also curb my hunger but switched to the evenings and it seemed to help me unwind and sleep a bit better too
