Healifeco Migraine Relief Cap

I was having to deal with terrible migraine headaches for over 5 months. Purchased this relief cap and it actually did help immensely. The texture of the fabricand the weight and pressure it provides is perfect!

I bought the product because of my nagging hot flashes that seem to occur mostly at bedtime. I find the relief cap very comfortable and just the right cool temperature. However, it doesn’t remain cold all throughout the night. After a couople of hot flash episodes, the gel pack is not cold enough to hold for several hours. Overall, for my purpose alone, I would just give it a 3-star.
