Shoulders Wellness Kit

Doesnt lay flat & is too big fit my neck.

I was very unhappy to see that there were no directions at all. I purchased the shoulder wraps and stomach received one small bottle of oil very small. I would’ve appreciated some kind of instructions and doesn’t look like what I saw on the site.
