Bottom Drive Stainless Steel Bowl

Nice and Easy

I purchased this for my new Bosch because I was having issues with fresh milled sourdough riding up the center post. This bowl has no center post, is stainless steel and easy to clean. I've used it twice and both times it did an excellent job of kneading the bread. I used the lowest setting for sourdough and the first two settings for yeast bread. The bowl holds more dough as there is no center post. It is pricey.

Game changer

Have the Artiste, but the center column cleaning was getting old quick. Fits really well on the Artiste and does a fantastic job of making a window pane. Loafs have never been bigger and better. Good product.
