I found the video for how to smoke a turkey, purchased the turkey KISS kit, and followed the directions on the video. I have now been nominated "turkey king" by family and friends. It made the best turkey we've ever had. I think this may be the only way to make turkey ever again. It is sooooo good and easy to do. Thank you!

Best turkey ever

I usually only cook turkey once a year. I tried this product on some boneless turkey thighs for a thanksgiving test run and all the taste testers absolutely loved them.
