I ordered one double glass panel with integrated mini-blinds to replace one door on a set of french doors because it had gotten broken. Unfortunately, even though the part number remained the same, the design changed recently (I'd bought the other one just about a year ago) so now my two french doors don't match! Not happy about that!

Original unit failed after 3 years . Contacted Zabitat and customer service rep. (Alex) promptly ordered replacement unit at no cost to me, including shipping. Annoy ask for better service than that. Thanks to the folks at Zabitat
