I originally ordered one door insert. The first lady I spoke with was extremely helpful, courtious and professional. The product arrived promptly and was packed to perfection. Unfortunately, my helper dropped the panel, and it exploded into a million pieces. So I had to order another. The second lady was also very helpful, professional, friendly, and, when I explained why I was reordering, sympathetic. She assisted me in setting up the order. Fantastic customer service on top of a great product equals a great company that I want to do business with.
