This was a replacement for the insert that was shattered by lawn crew. The door and insert were installed by Power Home Remodeling six years ago. Their service team provided me with the link and correct item number to order from Zabitat. It was installed today and it's a perfect fit. Holes all lined up perfectly and the installers were able to reuse my exterior trim which was a different color from the interior.
