'Full Swing' Axe Handle

Excellent Quality and Good Feel

I bought this handle to complete my refinish of a vintage 1940’s axe head. This handle is gorgeous and vey well done. After a few coats of boiled linseed oil I’m confident this axe will last another 80 years.

So far so good. Been pounding wedges fine. Today I had to tap a blade bushing in, not ideal but you gotta do what ya gotta do. Impressed with the quality.

Excellent grain and finish, very nice design for the intended purpose. The swell on the end is much more pronounced than most others on the market.
