Anguissola Italian Craft Coffee - Roasted Coffee

Great stuff!

Bold and savory! Makes an amazing espresso! Some notes - Tastes better with my flat burr grinder than the conical. Tastes better in a somewhat finer grind, but creates a pretty water tight puck - so to balance flavor while not getting your espresso clogged up, use a little less coffee to make a thinner puck than your usual.

The blend of this coffee is like no other. The notes of grilled peaches is so good. I don't like the taste of anise but that note doesn't come across for me. I will be buying this coffee again. Thank you so much
